Refunds & Returns Policy
Returns
- We do not accept returns for change of mind. So please take the time to read through the description, and measurements of the item/s you're wanting before purchase.
- If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 12 hours of delivery to get further instructions for return/refund.
- Do not return any items until you have received instructions from our support team.
Refunds
- On receipt and approval of your return, a refund is processed within 7 days. Shipping costs aren’t refunded.
- If you receive a defective item, notify us within 7 days to be eligible for a refund/return.
Restocking Fees
- Certain items incur a 10% restocking fee deducted from the refund. This applies even if the return is made before the item’s receipt.
Other Points
- Our policy may change without prior notice.
- Items not meeting our policy might be declined and sent back at your expense.
- Use traceable postage for returns. We’re not accountable for non-traceable returns that don't reach us.
